Can’t go to Japan now but 7-Eleven is bringing the yummilicious Tokyo Banana to us! Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view. I’ve just gone to a 7-11 outlet to place my order for two boxes. I’ve been told the stock should arrive by Saturday. In any case, the store will call you when the stock is in, and you collect the items by producing the receipt. For one box, the price is $10.90 and for two boxes, you’ll only pay $20.20. BUT use your UOB card and you can get $1 OFF! (Spend $7 in a single receipt and you’ll get $1 off if you use a UOB card for payment. Can’t ‘stack’ it though, so if you spend $14 in a single receipt, you’ll get $1 and NOT $2 off.)
And since I was in the mood for getting yummy snacks from overseas, I bought the Bubble Milk Tea Mochi (15pcs per box) and Bubble Milk Tea Cake (10pcs per box) imported from Taiwan. You can find these at PRIME Supermarket. Image may be NSFW.

The mochi is really soft and chewy, overall quite delightful. The milk tea cake was a tad dry BUT there’s that milk tea fragrance which is really surprising as it’s quite strong. Anyway both aren’t pricey, so feel free to get a box to try… if you’re missing Taiwan.

I might try this next:

And Darlie has done it yet again… with more Hello Kitty merchandise to collect! I bought one of these bowls ‘cos of the oh-so-pretty print. Would have been even better if it comes with a lid. You’ll get the free bowl with 3 tubes of Darlie toothpaste for 12.95. It’s not my favorite toothpaste so I’ve given all 3 tubes to my darling. LOL.

And this is just a random picture of our lunch at Kaki Makan, Buangkok Square Mall. Muahahaa. Cost a total of just $16. Of course, the toast isn’t Ya Kun standard but still passable. The drumstick with my nasi lemak had such crispy skin that it looked like it was about to take flight. Image may be NSFW.

Looking forward to receiving my Tokyo Banana purchase though!!! Image may be NSFW.
