While I find myself still drawn to the previous versions of the charging cases from Sudio, I do like this color (Chalk). And, as always, I have absolutely no complaints about the sound quality.
Why My Sudio Earphones / Earbuds Are Not Charging / Working?!
So… if you’ve plugged in the charging case (and it lights up) and you’ve taken out the earphones / earbuds but they can’t seem to connect to your device via bluetooth / they don’t seem to work at all, well, you might have forgotten to remove the stickers at the bottom of each earpiece. The stickers are in RED as you see above and have ‘R’ and ‘L’ indicated on them. Remove them so the charging points can come into direct contact and your earphones will be powered up for when you need to use them next.
