I’m so glad I woke up early today (7am to be exact) to make it for the Opening Ceremony of the NATAS’ Travel Fair 2016! :) Besides great travel deals, there were performances to watch, F&B booths (of course!), freebies to be won, and lots of photo opportunities. :) You should definitely pop by today or over the weekend! The NATAS Travel Fair 2016 is happening over at Singapore Expo Hall 7, and open from 10am to 9.30pm today till Sunday! :)
I overheard some journalists from mainstream media saying that this event has ‘class’. Hehe! I definitely agree and I look forward to reading their articles. I do wonder if they managed to pop by the various booths in spite of their busy schedules, because if they didn’t, they really missed out.
Here’s some of what I did today…
~ There’s always time for a little wine ~
I got to try some wine (for free) from the In Vino Veritas booth. The company name is so interesting – In Vino Veritas means “In wine, truth”. Do pop by and say hi to ‘ST’, the guy in the blue shirt and ask him any questions you have regarding wine. :) I think the prices are pretty good actually, so celebrate your getting a good travel deal at NATAS with a bottle of wine from IVV! :)
~ Coffee, Tea, Or … ~
And then there’s the cute guy, Renfred, at the Slayer Coffee booth. I thought the company name was very interesting so I visited their website and OMG… this guy is Campus Superstar alumnus. No wonder so good-looking lah. His partner is also very chio – what a great match! If you’d like a good cup of coffee, or tea, pop by their booth and chat with the oh-so-cute couple.
Besides drinks, there’s also food. And one exhibitor at NATAS was giving out grilled wagyu beef – go look for it! :) Because I had to rush off for breakfast with a pal, I didn’t actually spend enough time checking out each travel deal, only collecting as many brochures as I could. But it’s ok, there’s still tomorrow and Sunday! :)
