So I handed Mom this bouquet today and she said “Mother’s Day flowers? So early?” Little did she know that I was kicking myself for not ordering the bouquet last week. If my memory serves me well, the Premium Mother’s Day Bouquet I wanted to get cost something like $99 last week. And this week, it’s already $129. How did it increase some 30% over a few days? Anyway, I got the Premium Surprise Hand Bouquet instead and its current price is $109. And did you know, many of the florists are no longer accepting Mother’s Day delivery orders. Their business is that good! I suppose, with the Circuit Breaker still in effect, people are booking those bouquets early and securing delivery slots as quickly as they can. SO, if you ARE intending to get a bouquet sent to your mom for Mother’s Day, and you haven’t actually made a booking, better do it now.
Noel Gifts, for instance, no longer has available delivery slots all the way till 11 May:
Xpressflower too!
And I’ve only checked these two florists. There could be many others which no longer offer delivery slots from now till Mother’s Day.
With One Hour Florist, which is still delivering on 8th May at least, you can choose from 7 options for flowers. I selected the Premium Surprise Hand Bouquet, which I’m regretting a little.

Reality:
Firstly, the wrapping would have been much more attractive if the Korean wrapping papers were used instead (as in their website pictures). What I received was the cheaper and more common option. Also, the arrangement looks a bit odd: 2 pinks on the left and 6 reds on the right. Seems off-balance, no? Also, it wasn’t actually a one-hour delivery for me as I’d made my purchase at about 11.19am, but the earliest delivery slot was for 1pm-2pm. As there was no hurry, I selected the 3pm-4pm slot, hoping the florist would spend more time on my bouquet. XD Oh well.

I was rather impressed with the bouquet I got from them prevously:
