Popped by Our Tampines Hub earlier this week and was pleasantly surprised to find that there’s a bubble tea shop that also sells souffle pancakes. 
Best of all, they were offering their Original Milk Tea at a discount ($1.90 instead of $2.90 for a regular cup, and $2.90 instead of $3.90 for a large cup!) – there’s Assam, Jasmine, Earl Grey and Oolong to choose from. 
I picked Oolong and I’ll try Earl Grey next time. *I did add $1 for a Kanten Jelly topping, which my darling did not really like, so I guess we’ll go for the Mango Popping Boba (+60 cents) or Aloe Vera (+60cents) at our next visit. As for the pancake, we picked Matcha instead of Original or Tiramisu. And it was soft and fluffy, like you’re eating a cloud-like confection. Thankfully, there was one ready to be served, so we did not have to wait about 30 minutes for the next batch to be prepared. XD

Interesting items on their menu include the Lychee Tea (Assam / Jasmine) which costs $4.90 for a large cup, Milo Milk Tea (topped with milo cereal balls) at $4.50 for a large cup, and the Injeolmi Milk Tea ($4.90 for a large cup). As for the souffle pancakes, there are also other tempting flavours like Lotus Biscoff and Ondeh Ondeh.
There’s a special promo for students too. How lucky they are:
19 Tea is located in front of saap saap thai at level 1. Should be impossible to miss. They do also offer a loyalty card for their souffle pancakes – buy 9 pancakes and get the 10th one free. The catch is you’ll have to buy all 9 within 3 months. Actually 9 within 1 year sounds more doable (since we aren’t staying in Tampines).
